- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour, unless you know exactly what you need as a project. Most people usually want to add cover letters, and reference lists which I do. The turn around time is 48-72 hours for an initial draft, unless you need it sooner and for something quicker there may be an additional "over night" charge. Please be clear about the turn around time of your project. If you are giving to someone that has requested in before we speak, then please share that information in our initial introduction over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we make contact, we can talk on the phone about your needs. The initial consultation is usually no more than 10 minutes. If distance is an issue then we can talk about how to meet or telecommute so that your project can be done efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two degrees as well as certifications and specialize in management as well as writing as an independent contractor. I have written professionally for more than 20 years.
