It’s been 2 weeks I have been training with Bryan my instructor at gym. Was 240lbs the day I came in for help and yesterday we weighed and it was about 231.4lbs. James is fantastic! He is very knowledgable and has been able to work around a shoulder injury I sustained away from the studio. My recovery after surgery was much faster since James tailored exercises that coincided with my physical therapy. He knows how to motivate and encourage me when I need it most. The change in my body is remarkable and I feel better than I have in years.
Chris makes workouts fun and exciting! He has been a tremendous help in getting me started and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. It took some motivating, but now because of Chris, I'm encouraging myself and taking ownership of my health journey! He does a wonderful job of tailoring workouts to suit my personal goals as well as diversifying the environments in which I do my exercises. This makes it more interesting for me so I don't get stuck in a boring routine. I am happy to be getting a quality experience during my sessions with Chris because he makes it convenient for my daily schedule. Not only is he a great exercise coach, he has assisted me in making nutritional adjustments according to my lifestyle and individual needs. My husband & I were planning our wedding & wanted to look a bit more skilled on the dance floor (specifically for our first dance). The team at Shall We Dance was wonderful to work with. They helped us pick the right style of dance for the song we wanted to use for our first dance, taught us the basic moves in that style, and helped choreograph our first dance. I am in the process of working with Gerard to get ready for my wedding. I had lost 30lbs on my own before starting with him but had plateaued. My wife and I have trained with Gary for a couple of years now. Gary is a great trainer that really gets to know you on a personal level and gears your workout accordingly. I like to lift weights and my wife prefers cardio and Gary was able to accommodate both of our needs. The best part is that Gary comes to our house and that is very hard to find these days. My experience has been amazing. Lee helped me reach a point in life changes as far as working out n eating healthy I never thought I'd get to. I always worked hard but needed someone to teach me, to give me peace of mind to know I was doing my workouts correct. I now am and have never been so excited to go to the gym. Noel is an extremely knowledgeable instructor. She's an incredible human being with interpersonal skills second to none. She's so much more than just a yoga instructor.
