Single: 9 sessions in 30 Days -$250 13 sessions in 30 Days - $350 Couples: 9 sessions in 30 Days - $350 13 sessions in 30 Days - $500
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When working with a new customer. I make it a point to let them know what they have committed themselves to. This is not your typical fitness achievement routine. It will require the decision to change your life. It is extremely hard. It will require mental toughness. It will require a great deal of discipline. It will require so much determination. It will require all the grit you have. It will require straightforward focus. It will require more tenacity than you currently have. It will require a fighting spirit. It will require a never give up attitude. These things are not just needed to achieve your fitness goals. They are needed to make any lasting change, overcome every obstacle and accomplish a satisfied, meaningful and fulfilled life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology. I have 7 years of Collegiate Track and Field experience and 4 years as a Certified Personal Trainer with developing plans, improving lives, developing athletes and achieving goals. I love training and educating individuals on living a healthy and happy life. Continuing Education has been and will always be a way to stay current and educated on the best possible ways to guide you to achieve your life goals.
