Avoid this attorney at all cost. My wife and I are now paying more per month under a Chapt. 13 plan than before we filed. I tried telling him this and he would not listen to me. I feel that he did not go to bat for my wife and I on anything. We would have been better off not filing but hey! As long as he got his money right!

Bankruptcy was filed as normal. I think he did overcharge on a Chapter 7 but my case did get discharged. It's very hard to get in touch with him if you need anything so you have to make a trip down there in order to get something done. His secretary is very rude and bitter for no apparent reason. I would suggest avoiding this attorney if possible unless it's your last resort.

My son is needing to file bankruptcy. How this man found out we don't know. Got a letter from him in the mail yesterday, called while ago, got told it was the wrong number. Called back asked if this was the law firm of J. Edward Oliver, got hung up on. What in the world is going on here? Can we say SCAM?!

he sends random letters to people, freak! Don't even think about getting services from this attorney. I got a letter and I was like who the hell this person is, I had no idea how he found my name.

His secretary is very rude for no reason. I did get my case discharged for a chapter 7 but he did overcharge. He won't answer emails or phone calls so you have to drive down there to take care of your business. Avoid!!;
