- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the USBG (US Bartender's Guild) and I regularly attend liquor tastings, seminars, and classrooms so I can further my education of craft cocktails and mixology.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I make drinks, clients drink them.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I bartended a wedding recently, and created a cocktail that the guests were crazy for. Having extensive liquor knowledge comes in handy when people want something special or fancy.
