- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customer at the location where they are experiencing a pest problem. The technician assesses the property with an inspection and makes recommendations to best treat the problem. The customer then selects a method of treatment. Then, we either add the customer in the computer for one of the following: ongoing service, a temporary program, or a one time service. We accept checks, cash, and credit cards. We also offer automatic payments for everyone's convenience.
