I've been working with Zak for just a week and already know he's a first rate trainer. Very knowledgeable on fitness and nutrition. I'm learning all sorts of new exercises I never did with other trainers. He really cares about helping his clients active their best results.
I have to admit, at first I was apprehensive. But, after the first session with Rick I was floored! I love the way he makes you work for your goals, ( even if you didn't have any) he is one of the top personal trainers I've ever been to. If you want to work, and feel the burn. He's your man!

Eric is knowledgeable, compassionate professional. My experience with personal trainers in the past left me a bit leery but he put me at ease instantly. He will challenge but not overwhelm you, and make sure you understand what you need to do and WHY to progress quickly and steadily. If you want to improve your health but don't know where to start -- or are a little intimidated by personal trainers who think you should already be in shape before you come to them -- Eric's style of training will be a welcome relief for you. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone as he tailors your training to YOU, not to a form from a book that says you should do this, that or the other. Call him. You will be glad you did.
Drew is a great trainer ! He is very attentive and knowledgeable. I really like the fact that he takes the time to explain each exercise, and developed a program specifically designed to meet my fitness goals ! Highly recommended!
Will is very professional. I really enjoy the fact that he customizes my workout plan based on my current needs. He is a great at building report with his clients. He also will do a text check the next day to see how your body responds to the workouts. Its nice to work with a trainer that is concerned about clients safety. Will goes above and beyond for his clients. I highly recommend Will for beginners, intermediate, or even advanced.
For the money and training that you get at one healthy bod there's nothing in the area that can beat them in the area. Especially if your training with there new trainer Jackson Stacy.
Two reasons to get a personal trainer: I'll actually show up if someone is waiting for me; I need someone who knows how to locate and work specific muscles needed for stamina and posture in a 76-year-old woman. My personal trainer is amazing in her knowledge and professionalism, and is vastly improving my quality of life. She's certainly worth the hour drive to get to her.
I had Adam Wanner as a trainer for 1yr. Adam help me accomplish my goals. He guided me on my journey and helped me succeed. Adam is very knowledgeable as a trainer and that's what helped me be successful. Everything he taught me I am able to use daily. I had a great experience and would use Adam as a trainer again.

Muriel is an amazing trainer! A friend of mine got me going to her and I don't believe I will ever use anyone else. I am a very overweight person and it was hard for me to do very much exercise at all. When I started with her I was 275 pounds. She pushed me to do my best and for that I saw results very quick. With my first 5 week challenge I dropped 15 pounds. I did this with not only her training but with her help on a relaxed meal plan. After my first 5 week challenge I was hooked. I never wanted to miss a training day. Within the next month I dropped another 14 pounds!!! I have now gone from a size 24 pants to a size 18!! I'm still a work in progress but I believe that with her help I will get to be healthy again for my husband and 4 kids but even for myself!

Gary is a very intelligible and friendly trainer, but also keeps you on track and helps you by giving you friendly advice and answers any questions. And the fact that he is willing to travel where you are makes him a top choice. I go to a free gym and he is willing to travel there for me and meet me on my terms. Add that he is an actual AFFORDABLE trainer and there is no reason why you shouldn't at least try him out for yourself. Definitely won't be sorry! I would recommend him to anyone that is serious about wanting to learn a few things about there health and what they can do to live healthier lives.
I've had a great experience using Chris as a trainer,he definitely knows what he's talking about regarding the excercise and food programs he personalizes for you.He's so easy to work with schedule wise. Matt is a fantastic trainer!!! He makes working out fun, and explains each exercise to me in detail. He takes time to make sure I understand why we are doing a certain workout and what muscle groups I'm working on. Also, I've been following the meal plan that he wrote up specifically for me and I have continuously seen results that I am incredibly proud of!
DeVante is an amazing personal trainer. He educateds and explains every workout with you. His workout sessions are very professional and fun. You'll never feel embarrassed working out with him. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to reach their results.
