- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices are going to vary depending on the type of service requested and the amount of work needed during each job. There aren’t any hidden fees that pop up with the bill. If the job is bid out for a specific price then that is agreed up between me and the client prior to work starting. If it is a larger job that is going to be hourly work, we will discuss the approximate timeline based on what needs to be accomplished so the client understands what they are facing before the work starts. Up front, honest information. Keeps everyone involved happy!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain to the customer what they can expect based on their request and if needed offer insight based on what I have learned from my past experiences. They have to understand what they are getting so there aren’t my surprises. I do my best to let them know exactly what to expect with each job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the training is on the job type experience that I have picked up through the years.
