- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on providing top notch service and being affordable! Our base price is $50 for 1 room job and around $85 for 3 rooms. Our service also includes hallways and closets at no extra charge. We do offer special discounts for Senior Citizens and Veterans. Please contact us directly to talk more about these discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with new customer is fairly simple. We first talk with the customer to understand the project and their needs. We find a date and time that is most convenient for the customers then assign a floor care specialist to the project. We show up for the project and deliver EXCEPTIONAL service! That's not the end. We like to educate our customers as much as we can so we show them how to maintain their carpets going forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of the company is a Master Floor Tech and has mentored other inspiring business owners on how to deliver TOP NOTCH service. Our core team has over 20 years of experience. Every team member is required to attend yearly training to learn new and efficient ways to deliver top notch service.
