From the initial conversation to our weekly training sessions, I have been impressed. Zak has a very thorough knowledge of how the body works mechanically and caters to the individual's needs. I have a few dis-abilities that can throw off the "normal" training, but they were addressed immediately and with care/Intensive thought. The value of his training far outweighs any cost.
So far, so good! Rick met with us, gave us a physical assessment, and we have training sessions planned for the rest of the month. He is very easy to talk to and non-judgemental. I look forward to working with him more!
About two weeks ago I started training with Roderick, and I am already noticing a change. My clothes are fitting better, and I have more energy. I know I have much more to work and improve on, but I know I will get where I want to be with Roderick as my trainer. You will never leave feeling like you didn't workout hard enough. Roderick makes you work, but also educates and motivates along the way (proper form/explains what the target area is with that workout/etc). I highly recommend Roderick as a personal trainer!
My 14 year old son, Jack, trained with Eric Skinner for around 6 months specific to cross country running and distance track in high school. During this time, Jack showed major improvement in form, flexibility, agility, and PR time. I would highly recommend Eric Skinner to anyone looking for specific sports goals or general physical well being. We only stopped training for financial reasons, otherwise my son would have continued training for some time.

Anthony is a fantastic trainer. I've had quite a few trainers over the recent years, but Anthony puts them all to shame with both his level of knowledge and his emphasis on customizing a workout to his client. He doesn't "make it up" as he goes, like some trainers. He meticulously plans each workout and custom tailors it to your personal abilities and limits. The result is an excellent workout, every time. In fact, I saw more results in one month under his training, than I did in several months with other trainers. He also has a passion for nutrition, and could pretty much tell you anything you'd want to know (or more) about diet and nutrition. Highly recommended!
For the money and training that you get at one healthy bod there's nothing in the area that can beat them in the area. Especially if your training with there new trainer Jackson Stacy.
When I started training with Deana my weight was 268 and now a year later I'm 202. She trained me and help guide me with my diet. I needed a training to help keep me on track, I just couldn't seem to do it on my own.
Caitlin is an amazing trainer! She is always on time and very flexible with her training hours. She pushes me to my limit but is also very aware and makes sure that I can handle it. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! She will accommodate any fitness level.
Ashlea trained me and a group of my friends for several months in a 45-60 minute outdoor session three times a week. She is a fantastic trainer who knows how to keep the workouts interesting. Every single workout was different, and she even used the jungle gym in her neighborhood as part of our exercises. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs variety to stay engaged. She is also a super fun person and highly motivating. You will gain a friend as well as a trainer!
Muriel is an amazing trainer! A friend of mine got me going to her and I don't believe I will ever use anyone else. I am a very overweight person and it was hard for me to do very much exercise at all. When I started with her I was 275 pounds. She pushed me to do my best and for that I saw results very quick. With my first 5 week challenge I dropped 15 pounds. I did this with not only her training but with her help on a relaxed meal plan. After my first 5 week challenge I was hooked. I never wanted to miss a training day. Within the next month I dropped another 14 pounds!!! I have now gone from a size 24 pants to a size 18!! I'm still a work in progress but I believe that with her help I will get to be healthy again for my husband and 4 kids but even for myself!
Bryce made our workout sessions interesting and offered modifications wherever necessary. He motivated us and was very encouraging. We would work with him again..
Rob is a rock star! I’ve been working out with him for about 5 yrs during which I’ve had 2 surgeries on my back. Rob has been a life saver helping with my physical therapy & recovery after each surgery (One of which he actually went with me to my follow up appt to discuss rehabilitation with my surgeon). He definitely knows his stuff and is a master at teaching new workout techniques and form. I would (and have) highly recommend Rob to anyone looking or needing a personal trainer. My wife and I have trained with Gary for a couple of years now. Gary is a great trainer that really gets to know you on a personal level and gears your workout accordingly. I like to lift weights and my wife prefers cardio and Gary was able to accommodate both of our needs. The best part is that Gary comes to our house and that is very hard to find these days. This muay Thai trainer is amazing he taught me how to use real life combat tactics that actually work and get me in the best shape of my life at the same time. I have been training with him twice a week for the last seven or eight months and I've lost weight gained muscle fell better about myself overall and at the same time feel comfortable walking around i don't worry as much anymore because of him I am confident in my abilities I'm looking in to joining tournaments as well as a hobby
