Stephen helped me complete a remodel on an older 3-bed rental house I have. This included a bathroom and kitchen demo, surprise plumbing issues, refinished wood floors, laying laminate to match the existing wood floors, hanging new doors, installing new kitchen cabinets and adding custom trim to them. He was always on time, exceeded my expectations and was very affordable. I will use him again the next chance I get. He's a wonderful young man to work with.

I had quite a bit of work that needed done on my house from drywall repair to installing new doors to fixing the fence. Javier did a great job. He worked all day to get the project done and had very fair pricing. I'll be using him in a few months to install new closet doors.

Very nice person with affordable pricing. Did an excellent job on moving my flower beds and took my cement posts out of the ground as I requested which was no easy task. He went above and beyond to make sure it was all done right. I've asked him to continue to do my yard maintenance for the summer.

I hired the Pulido Brothers to pour a 24'x10' slab. They were friendly and showed up when they said they would. While they were there, I asked them to use the Bobcat to grade some of our yard, and they were responsive in meeting our request. They worked all day and removed the forms and cleaned up when they left. The concrete turned out well. The price was average. I was very pleased with the Pulido Brothers, and would hire the again.

The job was to put in a back fence between rear neighbor and our house. He ran into a problem with there being concrete everywhere that he needed to place a pole for the fence. It took him longer than he was expecting to finish because of the difficulty of setting the poles but they were able to finish in the heat of the day in 3 days. Good attention to making sure job was done correctly.

I needed a patio sliding door replaced. It evolved into a lot more work that was not caused by the contractor but by termite damage. Even with this extra work, I feel the work was reasonably priced. It was also done in a timely manner. When I need something else done, I WILL assuredly call this contractor again. I also would recommend KLB Construction to any one else without hesitation.

We selected M&V construction for a replacement fence. Our old fence was falling apart we contacted five local contractors and ultimately selected M&V because they seemed to be able to meet our needs. Manuel gave us several quotes on our fence and was very detailed. The craftsmanship and work ethic are top notch. The fence should last at least 10 years without rotting. Our new fence is a western red cedar 8' privacy fence with a concrete footer to prevent rotting. The job was slated to take 5 days and it was finished in 5 working days. His crew was very respectful and professional. We have two dogs and the crew really didn't seem to mind them milling about while they were working. Additionally, throughout the process Manuel was very communicative and quick to address any concerns. Overall, the experience was great, thanks!

We got exactly what we wanted. It was a fair price and they did an excellent cleanup afterwards. If I ever need concrete work again, I would not hesitate to use them.

Our family recently purchased our first home. Our slab going into our garage was unlevel, preventing our garage door from closing all of the way. Vesta Foundation was able to promptly provide us with a detailed estimate and a quick solution without breaking our budget. Thank you again!!

About

My brother John and I took over the family business in 2002, after our mother suffered from a stroke. John has been on the job since 1999. While I basically grew up on the job site, I was never afraid to learn and ask questions about how things were done. So, I was blessed to be around highly skilled tradesmen who were more than willing to train me in their respective trades. I have a lot of respect for the people who have taught me over the years, and I try to honor them by performing my jobs with a high-quality craftsmanship, and integrity. Our company has started as a painting contracting firm, and it has since evolved into much more. We are now a painting and remodeling firm that can assist you with the design process. With not only our experience, but also we have a great network of subs, architects, and designers. We use high-quality materials, and we have a large amount of pride in our work. We want all of our projects to last and to satisfy the client's needs. We look at our responsibility a little different from most construction firms, in that we want to do what is best for the client, their project, and the environment. Our clients are often impressed with our work and our attention to detail. In fact, a few years back, we were hired to paint a house in Guthrie. This house was close to a hundred years old and had needed to be repainted ten years sooner. I mean this thing looked like a mangy dog (it was peeling so bad). We pressure washed, scraped and sanded, primed and painted the house like we always do in these cases. When we were finished, we received calls from people wanting our services, which is cool; that is what you want. The thing is, many of these people thought we had sided the house with vinyl siding; the job looked so good. But to me, the greatest part was the owner's response; he said that he was truly impressed. Because he said that he hired us to paint his house, and it felt as though we had given him a new house. That is the kind of response I hope to have on each and every job.
