About this pro
Hired Richard to come out and mow my lawn, which had become overgrown in the back yard (but not unmanageable, if I had a working mower I could have done it myself). After seeing the yard, he upped the quoted price he gave me, which we accepted. However, he never finished mowing the yard because it was "dulling his blade." Is that not a normal part of wear/tear/expense for a lawn care professional? Nevertheless, we paid him the higher quoted price and he left the yard unfinished, to come back and finish two weeks later. He never showed up and when we contacted him, he never returned our messages. Disappointed that he took our money without finishing the job he came out to do.May 20, 2018Verified
Richard responded very quickly and came to patch a hole in my ceiling the day after it happened. He was very professional and made it look as if it never happened in the first place. I am incredibly grateful and cannot recommend his services enough!Mar 20, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? With my own research I keep up with the labor and materials cost of general construction trades and specialties, allowing me to bid jobs for less and still offer quality service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to send a greeting with my initial quote, inviting them to call me for a free on location estimate. I spend time visiting with the customer and making sure the job I'm doing will be custom made for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've learned many phases of construction, in large cities like Kansas City and Las Vegas, and all over Oklahoma.
