We believe in delivering more value to our customers in service than we receive in payment. We strive to provide competitive rates while at the same time delivering over the top service to all our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love meeting new customers and learning about their specific needs and concerns. Our typical process in working with a new customer is to communicate with them about their current issue, thoroughly inspect the property, report our findings, and then work with the customer in determining the best solution to fit their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians hold certifications and licensing through the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, have undergone extensive training, and maintain a required number of continuing education credits throughout the year.
