Ultimately, closing your loan on time is a culmination of the entire home buying process - from choosing a realtor, finding your dream home, negotiating with the seller, arranging for your mortgage and insurance, getting the home inspected and appraised, and finally getting those keys at the closing table.
Of course, making sure you close on time and under the appropriate mortgage terms for you is where I come in. The most rewarding aspect of my profession is being able to help people find the right fit financially. As a professional with over a decade in the mortgage business, I have held positions on both sides of the table - as a retail Loan Originator, wholesale Account Executive and as the Lending Services Manger for a national mortgage bank. I hold a BA from Oklahoma City University as well as Master’s Degree from Oklahoma State University, and previously held my Series 7 and 65 as a Registered Investment Advisor.
