We had a concrete drive put in they did a beautiful job my only complaint was getting them to answer their email we had a misunderstanding, about some of the particulars of the job ans they were slow at getting back with me .The job they did was fabulous very professional and when the cleanup was complete you couldn't tell they had been there. I would highly recommend them for any construction job and it was at a fair price and completed on time

We selected M&V construction for a replacement fence. Our old fence was falling apart we contacted five local contractors and ultimately selected M&V because they seemed to be able to meet our needs. Manuel gave us several quotes on our fence and was very detailed. The craftsmanship and work ethic are top notch. The fence should last at least 10 years without rotting. Our new fence is a western red cedar 8' privacy fence with a concrete footer to prevent rotting. The job was slated to take 5 days and it was finished in 5 working days. His crew was very respectful and professional. We have two dogs and the crew really didn't seem to mind them milling about while they were working. Additionally, throughout the process Manuel was very communicative and quick to address any concerns. Overall, the experience was great, thanks!

Overall, the M & V did a great job. I will say they started a week late and I had to be the bad guy because they didn't have the form sent to the measurements we were requested which required them to move the forms 4 different times. Requested an 8 inch drain pipe they were going to install a 4 inch drain pipe but I caught that and corrected it and they corrected it without any push back or attitude. I think the biggest challenge might have been communication with this team but overall they did a great job and we are very happy with the final product. I will also say of the 10 different contractors that I priced to put in our 30' x 50' concrete pad these guys came in the cheapest.
Note, this included reinforced edges and rebar throughout for a price of $8,800.
