I hired this company to do a deep house cleaning prior to moving into a house that had been previously occupied by three teenage girls. They came and provided a quote and I was very specific about what I needed done. I want to be clear, this house was dirty and had cat odor but again, we were very clear about what needed to happen. They quoted us what seemed like a very reasonable price and I even asked them to take another look around to be certain of the quote. They arrived today and for three hours seemed very busy and I smelled the smell of many cleaners. However, upon inspection there are several issues. The kitchen floor does not appear to have been cleaned at all and is sticky. The back main bathroom still had debris in the corners and the bathtub had dirt on the safety handles. There were several areas on counters that had spots remaining that came off with me rubbing it with my finger. My wife and I will now be cleaning this place ourselves, again. I hate to leave such a bad review but I am truly extremely disappointed. I would even normally contact the company first and provide and opportunity to make things right but I just am so disappointed in what was done Id rather do it myself and move on. Lastly, I stressed the most important things to me were the floors and walls being thoroughly scrubbed. I am almost certain none the walls were even touched other than dusting. I will say, they seemed very nice and were very polite. This was the first time I’ve paid someone to clean my house ever so maybe I just expected way too much for 160 bucks.

"ABC" started with only office-cleaning. Since then "ABC" has been unstoppable and we progressed and acquired as much experience as needed for the work we do now.
