Heather did a wonderful job cleaning my house. She spent about 2.5 hours cleaning my messy kitchen and dusty rooms. She as polite and had a good attitude and was very professional She did everything I had asked her to do and even went the extra mile to make sure all the rooms were done to my liking. The house now sparkles and shines. I will definitely use her services again and recommend her to anyone who needs their house cleaned. Thanks for a job well done !!

She didn't understand the concept of a "make ready" job on a house for sale. Her cheap vacuum would not work. She had to be asked to mop utility room and still left it a mess. Master bathroom was disgusting. She did not clean it at all. Brought her teenage son who did not help much. Did not wash windows as requested. She spent 2 hours on what could have taken me 30 minutes. Used some kind of spray that stained my guest shower curtain. I needed more than just spraying and wiping a few counters. That's why I hired the job out. AVOID!

Hi Chad. I'm quite puzzled by your feedback. I'm willing to make things right. I felt like I offered multiple times to make it right since how I was unable to finish at that very moment. I also offered to come back later that day. You seemed very understanding regarding the issue with the vacuum at the time but that's not what I'm reading today. I offered to come back with a working vacuum to finish the utility room as well. I do recall asking if the bathroom looked ok. The master bathroom took 1 hour. We did a walk through and you said it looked fine. I've never had negative feedback on a make ready job so.....this is troubling for me. If I need to replace your shower curtain, I am willing to do so. Please respond so we can sort this matter. Respectfully, Heather

I was very pleased with the customer service I received when I first called Heathers Home Helpers. They were extremely helpful and listened to my concerns regarding the cleaning service I had used previously, and made note of them. Heather and Tiffany came to my house 3 days later, cleaned and they addressed the concerns I had shared with them. The price is fair and they do tremendous work. I am now scheduled to have Heather and Tiffany clean my place every other week. I highly recommend these girls. Job well done!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $20 an hour per cleaner. We do negotiate depending on the situation. A general clean normally runs about 3 hours for the average size home. Every home and request is different. We aim to accommodate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet and very important. We want customers to feel comfortable with us and strive to satisfy their needs.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Extra money was needed years ago. Friends and family needed a cleaner and it fell into place from there.
