- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts are offered when multiple, similiar, single process task are requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a new client has been referred to me by a previous client. We set up a in person meeting usually at the proposed work site. I'm given a scope of the initial work desired to be done, I will then prepare, sign and send an estimate later that same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended OU, OCCC and OSU part time for 6 years and majored in business finance and industrial engineering but left without a bachelors degree in either.
