- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I will let anyone hire my services, I give a 30 minute Clarity Session to potential clients to get a clear picture of where they are and where they want to be. It's always my goal to give them a little bit of coaching they can use immediately and, if its a fit, then we talk about how it will be to work with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My counseling certification is from Interchange Counseling Institute in San Francisco. Soon after I began my counseling practicum, I knew I'd found my life's work. Supporting people in personal transformation lights me up and I'm jazzed to bring my energy to formulate highly individualized plans for each client.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with a variety of people. Here are a few scenarios in which I've helped clients break through: getting through the immediate stages of divorce, recovery from being laid off from a long-term job, processing a break up, changing careers, overcoming writers block, how to let go over anxiety and over thinking, recovery from grief and trauma, writers's block, doctorate block, creativity block and so, so, so many other things. I really do have a gift for helping people break free from what's holding them back so they can have the freedom to live the life they want.
