The massage itself wasn't the biggest problem, just the place and amenities. If you haven't had better, then you don't realize how crappy this place is. The staff isn't organized at all. My massage was 30 minutes late making me late for another appointment across town. I had to wait over 7 minutes just to pay because someone was on their one computer. That's not a high quality establishment at all! If you schedule and appointment for 4pm, it should start by 4:10 at the latest. Don't schedule your appointments back to back! Leave 30 minutes in between so the client can take their time getting dressed and stretching as instructed by masseuse. And have a manager that makes the clients feel welcomed and keeps the appointments moving where everyone gets their 1 hour but doesn't feel rushed as well as the next client is on time. It's not that hard.
I am a tall guy (6'4") and over 200lbs. The tables were very low quality. VERY low. They wobbled and rattled. They're way too small. They're flat with no hole for your face. The padding is too hard. Flat tables are NOT a good idea. This type of table is for home use when the tech goes mobile, NOT for a stationary table that is comfortable. I would NEVER go back because I can't even relax during the massage! And don't get me started about the masseuse not wearing shoes. Gross.
There is only ONE bathroom and it's for both men and women. Also, the door doesn't shut at all. Even when shut very firmly. The one urinal is ripped off the wall. So both men and women have to use the ONE commode. How is that professional? How does that make one feel comfortable and relaxed? It doesn't.
DO NOT waste your time just because of their GroupOn and Amazon Local deals. It's NOT worth the money. They have to use those channels because people don't wanna pay $40-60 for a massage from some unqualified, unprofessional and uneducated in therapy people. Just because you went to massage therapy school doesn't make you a professional. I would suggest some other places to go, but that would just cloud the issue that this place has a long way to go before it deserves 4-5 stars.

Terrible experience and never did get my message. I called and made my appointment for a couples message a week in advance the lady said no problem see you Saturday at 2. We showed up and the first guy we talked to could not find my appointment. More concerned with who was it that made the appointment then anything. They had us wait for the owner, no apologies, no help only concern who took my appointment. They were just kind of rude, unhelpful and very disappointing. This was a gift to my man, we rarely have the same day off together to do something like this and they totally wasted our time, very unprofessional. Now I have to try and get my money back from groupon. Thanks Petra

The owner is so un-professional!
We waiting for 40 minutes with no communication, while in waiting room we over heard her and her employees talking about getting men "fixed" and who was good tippers and who wasn't! When after 40 minutes of waiting we mentioned it to the owner and she started berating her employees all the way down the hall and up the stairs- it was so uncomfortable for us as customers. The room was super dusty all around the floor boards like it hadn't been swept in months. When my husband put his face in the rest the towel smelled really strong of cigarette smoke and he mentioned it but no one changed it. After the massage the owner asked how it was and I shared that we would never be back and that honestly I don't want to pay for such a bad experience. She started yelling at me that she would call the police and it was fraud. I never said I wouldn't pay, I actually already had my card in my hand, was just saying it was not an experience worth paying for. She started calling me rude and that I was showing my tail??? (Don't even know what that means) but the way she was yelling and looking at me I can only guess it wasn't good. Needless to say, this owner needs to take some customer service courses to listen to and respond to the customer appropriately. She is selling an experience and when ours was so bad she could have done a lot to have made it right for the customer. Every part of our bad experience were things in her control she could have fixed. Was the $77 she threatened me over worth all the people I will now tell about this awful treatment by her?
If I was the owner and I made people wait that long, poorly communicated with, made to feel uncomfortable, put in dirty room with cigarette smells- I would sincerely apologize, fix it and ask the customer to try my business again rather than threaten the customer.

This was the worst massage experience of my life. I cannot share the details because of how terrible it was but I still felt it necessary to caution everyone else. Do NOT go here. Petra, the owner, does not do anything to make her customers happy, and refused to refund any of my money after my awful experience. She says that she gets complaints frequently and cannot refund money to anyone because if she did "she would be out of business". Fair warning.... Go somewhere else!

I am so sorry Sarah if you get a service we can not refund your money. You misunderstood what I said. I said that not every massage therapist is for every client. It doesnt make me a bad business owner to exspect if you get a service that you pay for it. If you are not happy we try to learn from clients that dont like the massage and make adjustments. If you communicate with your therapist about the pressure we can fix it during massage. I always listen to my customers and I have alot of happy clients and a few like you that no matter what we do it just isnt enough. We dont refund money thats wrong we gave you a massage. If you didnt like it we could refer you to another therapist. But nothing is for free.

Great place and I will be returning. Place is very nice and the massage was awesome! I know anyone can leave a bad review just because they can but I want this place to be a five star because they are great! Owner is so charming! The place is so nice the upstairs is very nice. They have great deals and honor prices. My kinda place.
