Introduction: My fitness journey began with an injury during a 5k. As an avid runner, after my knee gave out, I was unable to run for 2 years.
Hurting myself led me to physical therapy, where I worked as a technician for 6 years while obtaining my Associate’s in Business at OCCC and Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise from the University of Oklahoma.
I’ve been instructing group fitness classes for the last 10 years and love all formats. I specialize in bootcamp, HIIT style classes, spin, and Zumba. After several years of recommendations from friends, I recently decided to pursue mypersonal trainer certification. With experience in group classes as well as group personal training and preventative measures I have learned as a PT tech, I aspire to inspire others to keep pursuing their health and fitness journey.
I also offer virtual/remote services if coming to the gym is not your thing due to the current pandemic. Affordable pricing for 1:1 individual sessions or package rates are available.
I’m dedicated to helping those stay accountable while having fun and maintaining a healthy balance between your personal and work life.
