- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $40 per 30 minute session for 1 person or $30 each for 2 people. This includes: initial and ongoing Movement Screening, Training Plan, Homework, and Diet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?In our first session, I'll take you through a movement screen so that we can identify your postural alignment and muscle imbalance issues (eyes, feet, ankles, knees, hips, spine, neck). Better alignment means greater strength which means that you can do more and this is what leads to you looking, moving, performing and feeling GREAT! Based upon the results, along with your goals, I will then design your custom program.
