- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My regular pricing can be found on my website but I'm almost always running sales as well. I do offer lower pricing for clients booking on Thumbtack and will quote the Thumbtack pricing when first contacted here.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll reach out to the client via the Thumbtack chat feature or through text so we can discuss details like location, price, what the client is looking for in their session, and answer any questions that may come up. Once we've decided on a date and the client has confirmed that they wish to book, I'll send over a contract and invoice to be completed online to finish the booking process. Shortly after, the client receives the corresponding prep guide and questionnaire for their session so we can both be as prepared as possible going into the session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is largely through online courses, through shadowing other local photographers, and through a mentorship program with White Pines Photography. I am always looking to hone my craft and learn through whatever opportunities that present themselves.
