- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive rates and commission schedules depending upon what services the client wants.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the client and go over the details of their wish list. I determine what course of action(s) and make appropriate recommendations based upon the client requests. Once the client determines which course to proceed with I work very hard to make sure the client gets what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In Real Estate I have appropriate training for the type of license that I carry. I attend seminars, webinars and read a variety of publications that keep me abreast of the market. In construction, I have appropriate general contractor licenses and over 35 years of construction experience.
