I had the pleasure to pratice yoga and meditation under Mo for about a year and a half. I would schedule my classes with Monique purposely because I always left feeling better then when I got there and in time I was able to start seeing positive changes everyday, makeing me happier and easy going. She is like the sun everyday, bright, cheerful and inviting every time you see her. I have been looking for her and I am so happy that I found her, because I really need to bring that balance back into my life and she is the only onethat can achieve that for me. She knows her stuff and is very understanding and her passion for yoga and meditation. She is inspiring!
Noel is an extremely knowledgeable instructor. She's an incredible human being with interpersonal skills second to none. She's so much more than just a yoga instructor.
