My experience was not a good one. I asked ahead of time if I was going to be charged for an estimate and they said no only if they went ahead and did the work. The gentleman came over checked everything and explained what he was doing and how much it would cost to get the job done. He told me it would cost 1,200 and some change to swap out the motherboard. Then after telling him 1200 was alot he said that's fine but would now have to charge me $99 for the visit when I was told it would be free. He said bc he had to diagnose what the issue was. I don't understand why I'm being charged that if to come up with the quote you need to diagnose to be able to give a quote for the job. I went ahead and paid to avoid confrontation. Immediately after he left I called another company on thumbtack and told them what the guy before said and they told me I was being charged way to much and they could do it for $400. My bad review is not on the technician who was very helpful and informative but it's on the company for miss leading "free quotes" and charging me more than twice as much as other companies.

Ray and Mike were super awesome at repairing a huge water line break under the slab in my house. Robin was quick to respond to my call and sent Ray over within an hour to access the situation. The next day she scheduled Ray and Mike to come over in the morning to fix the problem. They were able to analyze the problem, create a bypass and get the water running again. We live in a 2 story house and that creates complications and they were able to fix the issue with the least amount of demo. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lakeshore Plumbing for your repairs. Thank you guys!
