- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No complex pricing. I like to give a quote and stick to it. If I can do the job without having to buy materials I'll tell you up front. If I do need to buy materials, I'll tell you that also. I'll do the best I can to get you the best price on materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to meet the people I'll be working with in person. This allows me to show you that I have the integrity and honesty that you should be looking for. I also have the chance to see what I'm getting into, and explain to you what I plan to do to reach the goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing this for a while. I worked with my dad for years, I've been to the trade school and I've got on the job experience.
