Clay was the dj at our wedding. He helped me pick out ceremony songs, played what I asked, & made sure songs that guests requested were okay with me before agreeing to play them. The only issues we encountered were (1) he wasn't available for the rehearsal dinner, though I was sure, during our consultation, he said he'd be there, & (2) I was under the impression that the groom & minister would have lapel microphones. The minister was the only one who got a microphone- not a lapel, a bulky headset... that didn't work. My minister said that most professionals he's worked with would discreetly check what the problem was, instead of making the minister stop the ceremony. I was told that Clay replaced the batteries, & when that didn't work there was no plan B, so my minister had to wear a bulky headset That didn't work & half the guests couldn't hear the ceremony. The night turned out great, but I thought of this as slightly unprofessional. His prices are great, but I believe this isn't his only job (I could be wrong) so it was difficult getting a hold of him when I had to ask a question, & that could be why he wasn't better prepared. He's a very nice man, but people look at these reviews for honesty. Thank you, Clay, for everything you were able to do for us.

I am sorry there was the miscommunication on the rehearsal dinner but I don't recall agreeing to be there I recall saying if I was available I would but I had a meeting associated with my work that I couldn't miss. On the microphone it was a light weight sure mic that your preacher even said they used in church so it wasn't bulky. I did change the batteries and I never made him stop during the ceremony. Your guest when I asked said that even though we had technical difficulties they heard the ceremony just fine because I went out and asked personally to make sure there were not problems after that. Technology sometimes doesn't work but overall affect of the ceremony was good and although I understand that it didn't go as planned and I am sorry for that it is something we have to deal with sometimes. I was always available to answer questions and help and I would have been better prepared if I would of had the pre planning worksheet that I had given to you back in a timely manner instead of 11 pm the night before the ceremony. I worked very hard to make your day the best and I am sorry you feel this way. I felt you were given a quality performance with all that you were told would be provided minus the one technical issue. I even asked you the night the event, of if everything was good and you told me it was, so if you had issues I wish you would of spoken up in my presence. Thank you for your business and again sorry you felt it wasn't good. I feel that the night was a success given that songs you wanted and the way you wanted the ceremony and reception to go was carried out.

Very easy to work with and took time to make the event how I wanted. He had a great sound system and great music selection and was very good at getting the crowd involved and keeping things moving along.

We do a variety of weddings, proms, special events, and relay for life events for the American Cancer Society.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Performed a wedding in Kingfisher, OK where we did all light, and sound for the wedding as well as music. People constantly complimented our performance as well as our lights and music and most importantly people were always dancing.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that they clearly outline what they will do and what they will not do. And that they will make your event special like we do.
