Introduction: Regardless of what you need, I have challenging routines that will keep you motivated in order to reach your goals.
Programs are developed to meet the clients' needs, including an exercise program along with meal programs.
I am also a substitute trainer at 10Gym for Zumba, Boot Camp, Tabata and Piloxy. In addition to being a certified Fitness Trainer, I am also a certified Specialist in Senior Fitness.
We also speak Spanish.
I enjoy seeing the progress in my clients and their joy when they reach their goals. It is very satisfying!
