Introduction: Regardless of what you need, I have challenging routines that will keep you motivated in order to reach your goals. Programs are developed to meet the clients' needs, including an exercise program along with meal programs. I am also a substitute trainer at 10Gym for Zumba, Boot Camp, Tabata and Piloxy. In addition to being a certified Fitness Trainer, I am also a certified Specialist in Senior Fitness. We also speak Spanish. I enjoy seeing the progress in my clients and their joy when they reach their goals. It is very satisfying!

Maria Dominguez is as fun as she is professional when it comes to personal training. A lot of laughs help ease that pain when you're getting in shape. She is experienced, knowledgeable, and can design a program that will take you to that next level. She assesses your current fitness level and determines where you would like to be. Maria is prompt and will go the extra mile to help her clients reach their goals. I highly recommend M&M Fitness and Maria Dominguez.

I have been working with Maria for 3 months and have seen amazing results in that time. I have never felt stronger or healthier. Maria's workouts are challenging, creative, and most importantly, fun! She also places a high value on correct form for each exercise. She motivated me to push past my perceived limits to get results. I really like how she teaches you proper alignment and ergonomics to prevent injury. She pushes you to do your best but not to the point of burning out or to where you can injure yourself. She has a great personality. I really enjoy going to her.
