FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $25.00 for a one hour lesson for one child. I can also split an hour lesson for two, sisters or brothers, for $35.00.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a customer decides that they would like lessons from me, the next step is answering any questions or concerns they have (preferably by a phone call or text) as well as letting me know a little about their child and what goals the child has for lessons. Then they choose when they want to come for the first lesson and we go from there! I don't require any long term commitment when they start. They do have to sign a simple waiver of liability when they come for the first lesson.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was actually a zookeeper for 23 years in Wisconsin, California and Oklahoma. I have had horses most of my life and just want to be able to share my love for horses to kids as well as adults.
