Water Heater Installation or Replacement
Jacob was Fantastic! Even though it was 4th of July he contacted me and set up to come look the next day. After checking I did not need another tank just a thermostat and the input water line did not need to be replaced just a gasket replaced. He could have taken us to the cleaners replacing all this stuff but he didn't. It's nice to find an honest service repairman. I will Absolutely use him again and have already posted on our neighborhood FB page to recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a guaranteed price once we have fully diagnosed your plumbing issues. We feel that customers shouldn't be left in the dark when it comes to knowing how much your repair is going to cost. We do offer discounts in certain situations(military, senior citizens, etc)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contacting us, we will schedule an appointment to diagnose your problem. If its an emergency situation we will strive to provide same day service. After diagnosing the problem, you will be given an upfront cost before any work is completed.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began my plumbing career as an apprentice working for a school district then moved on to a company handling large residential new construction. And now I strive to bring my sense of customer service and quality workmanship to my own customers.
