I have never been so impressed by a young man and his knowledge since I left the Tennessee Valley Authority. He has the ability to see the proble, fix the problem in a timely manner and then establish a price for his work that is more than fair. He was able to work with my 82y/o Uncle, take diection from someone almost 1,200 miles away over the phone and then satisfy all parties; an individual who is resistant to any change and a nephew who is overly protective of his uncle and his privacy .All the time doing this he was extremely polite and did not hesitate to answer questions about what he was doing. Kevin exemplifies great customer service, reliability and knowledge. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I usually charge a 25-35 dollar travel/diagnostic fee. But of course I will always work with the customer and it depends on how far away the customer is. I will always make it fair! And if its not a big problem, then i'll hardly you charge you anything after the initial fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?A+ Certification. But if need be I'll go back to school for anything! I love to learn. I'm a sponge.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I decided when I was 16 I wanted to become a musician and fix computers for a living. So I went and got sole proprietor of 2 company names. Rockwell Productionz, and Rockwell Technology Productions. And I've been working towards that ever since. Networking, practicing, learning, teaching. I'll never stop till I'm at the top.
