- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fairly simple We charge 65hr for homes 75hr for businesses And 75hr outside our service area If a Server needs work, we charge 95hr We don't charge trip fees or after hours or weekend rates
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both study heavily the latest bugs and also try to keep up with the latest hardware
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a security system installer and repair tech for 11 years prior to doing computer repair James and Rose have been in customer relation jobs for years
