Tanya is a fantastc fitness trainer. Her dedication and motivation during a fitness session is the best I ever experienced before. Hiring Kami as a trainer was one of the best things I could have done for my health. Most trainers I've worked with did little more than show up, and often seemed as though they were "winging" their lessons. Kami not only takes the time to prepare custom workouts for ME, but she genuinely cares about my success. Lora has helped me develop a quality of life I thought lost. At Shake It Dance & Fitness I found people trying, as I was, to improve my body, find fitness at my level, and encouragement. Lora has been a mentor, teacher, and friend. She is never too busy to address issues with my pain spots, diet, or self-esteem. Lora finds ways to aid me in my pursuit of better health and always has suggestions for a stretch, alternative exercise to take into account my limitations. I would not be still exercising after a year without the enthusiasm, creativity, and energy that Lora brings.

I have been working with Aaron McMasters as a Personal Trainer for about 6 months, once per week. After discussing goals and training history, he suggested Resistance Training and weekly diet accountability. The Resistance Training has been a gradual process of a full range of development - lower extremities, upper extremities and core. The weight loads have been appropriate and challenging. Aaron is considerate and careful, a good listener and truly exhibits the qualities of Christ.

If you're wanting to make a change in your life, this is the place! Private, one-on-one training by knowledgeable trainers in a comfortable environment makes the "chore" of getting in shape enjoyable. The trainers not only utilize weight/strength training, but also consider daily habits of their clients in order to make the most of the training. Highly recommend!

Jalen Wilson is a great trainer. I've had several trainers, but Jalen by far is my favorite! He really cared about me and my fitness goals. His rates are also the cheapest in Tulsa. There is a lot that come with his sessions, like the weekly nutrition plans that also helped with my fat loss goal. He's a genuine trainer!!

Justin is an awesome human being. He's been personal training me for a few months now and I've never had such great results in the shortest amount of time. I've had other trainers in the past and they don't even come close to the knowledge and passion that Justin has. I'm lucky to have found him. Julianna started working with me about a year ago and it really was one of the greatest experiences I've ever had. She brought me to a higher level of strength and endurance than I ever thought possible. Fast Fitness and owner Rick East, ...I cannot say enough about the total change his expert training has done for my wife and I. On my last check up, my doctor wanted to know what I was doing (or taking) to lower cholesterol, triglycerides, and other blood factors. They had not been that good in over 10 years! I feel great and at 58, I am starting to feel like I did in my 30's. The trainers will work with you to obtain your goals what ever they are, from a couch potato like I was to a serious athlete, Fast Fitness will get you there, no gym rats here.
