Introduction: Many design firms and ad agencies attempt to make as much money up front in a deal simply because they believe they have one shot with a customer. While it may be true for others that many clients quit too soon, that doesn't mean we shouldn't give them every bit of focus and energy that they deserve. For me, I'd rather a client be successful and part of that is proper pricing. A successful campaign for a client means higher potential of future business. It's really that simple. I want my clients to succeed because that means I have succeeded.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I am a full service advertising agency. Most commonly we build websites, graphic ads, print pieces, etc. Only slightly less commonly we handle all online advertising for clients. PPC Ads, Social Media Management, and much more. Our niche is staying on top of technology and advertising mediums to achieve incredibly low costs per click/view/visitor.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Be careful! Every person with a computer and a copy of adobe photoshop thinks they are a designer. There are so many free tools out there that almost anyone can "throw something together" and charge for it. Just be careful. Too often I meet with clients who have invested thousands in projects that simply don't hold water. Websites can be expensive. However they can also be really affordable when handled by the right firm. Whether clients select me or someone else, I just hope they get proper value for their dollar. As a business owner myself I well understand how much value we put on our investments and I'd hate to see a client over pay for under developed projects.
