Introduction: I know that working out and staying healthy isn't easy. It takes a lot of work and I try to encourage my customers in everyway that I can. I will work just as hard as my customers will because this is a team effort. I am honest and stick to my word so my customers never feel like they were told one thing but got something else. I've found that working out and staying healthy just makes me feel better overall. Helping others find this same passion and seeing the transformation they go through is the most rewarding part of my job. People gain so much from working out and getting healthy and it's amazing to be a part of that journey.

Great trainer! Also sticks to his word. He quoted me a price and actually stuck to it. I went to another place who quoted me cheaper but then when I got there to sign up they raised the price! Craig doesn't do that! He sticks to his word and knows how to treat his clients!

Amazing trainer. Knows how to train and motivate and super friendly guy. Very good people skills and very down to earth. Different from every other trainer I've worked with in the area.

This guy really knows what he's doing. You can tell he enjoys helping people get healthy by the way he talks and relates to his clients. Definitely better than other trainers in the area.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ISSA certified trainer. I was on the body building team in high school and have always been active in fitness. I have a lot of experience in training other people to meet the goals they want.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working out and staying healthy has always been a part of my life. I was on the powerlifting team in high school and discovered my love of this lifestyle. I have worked hard to build what I have and make the commitment every day to live better.
