I was introduced to Julianna by her mother about 6 years ago when I was on a quest to lose weight and get healthier. At that time I had never utilized the services of a trainer but after meeting with her and at 48 and in declining health I was willing to give it a try. I found Juli to be knowledgeable, experienced and very passionate in the fitness training and nutritional fields. Juli is always cheerful and happy and although she was persistent and truly dedicated in helping me achieve and maintain my established targets and goals, I never found her to be overbearing or unreasonable. During our initial meetings Juli designed and tailored a fitness plan specifically for me and during our sessions she remembered and tracked all of my performance and abilities and through the use of the most important weight training principles I never once was injured. By training with Juli I was able to get in the best shape of my life and I am truly grateful that she is my friend.

I think I was one of Tanya's first clients in Jakarta. For me it wasn't so much about the weight more the fitness level I wanted to reach n to lose body fat. Tanya helped me to achieve this goal by doing cardio intense workouts and interval training and for the first time in my life actually was happy with the way I looked. Tanya was a fantastic trainer and I miss her training me.
Jalen Wilson is a great trainer. I've had several trainers, but Jalen by far is my favorite! He really cared about me and my fitness goals. His rates are also the cheapest in Tulsa. There is a lot that come with his sessions, like the weekly nutrition plans that also helped with my fat loss goal. He's a genuine trainer!!
The training I've received from Segun to date is an amazing experience to say the least. Segun is very knowledgeable, and motivational, he takes things to a new level as he is personal with his clients and he does truly care about them and their health throughout all aspects of training.

The diet he gave me was on point and training with him one on one was tough, but a great learning experience, being a beginner he explained every exercise, made sure my form was perfect and explained why he had me do the exercises! After discussing goals and training history, he suggested Resistance Training and weekly diet accountability. The Resistance Training has been a gradual process of a full range of development - lower extremities, upper extremities and core. The weight loads have been appropriate and challenging. Aaron is considerate and careful, a good listener and truly exhibits the qualities of Christ.
I've been training with Brice twice a week for five years. He's personable, always on time (literally never been late once), and every routine is unique, creative, and pushes me right to my limit. He has a good eye for knowing exactly how many reps and how much weight I can do - even if I'm positive it's too much. I started with Brice a gym novice. I feel comfortable and informed when I now choose to go on my own. Brice is friendly, but professional. Fun, but serious. It's a perfect combination that really helped me go from flabby to fit.
