- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is negotiable. However, we try to provide the highest quality of work even if our price may be a bit lower compared to our competition. Our education and experience allow us to see where we can provide more value for the cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple and it is all based around communication. We try to communicate directly with a new customer within 5 - 10 minutes from receiving a request. We as basic questions about the project and the location of the project. From there we schedule a time for a walkthrough that best suits our new customer to provide pricing and estimated completion of a project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
