I would say to go with someone who is passionate about what they do. At the end of the day, you want the person who is willing to go the extra mile for you because it is what fuels them. Don't always go with the "cheapest"-- go with the best VALUE.. What value does the company add to the project? In life I have learned that you truly do get what you pay for. So keep that in mind when you are looking at bids. What you want is a company who can stand behind the work that they do and a company who will be around to do that.
