- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we generally charge 10-25% of the total event cost (or 10-20% of tournament proceeds), each event is based on client’s needs, desires, budget and more. There is no one standard pricing. Pricing is based on factors such as size of the event, venue price, services requested, time allowed for planning, catering needs and much more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are not just any event planning service, we specialize in planning CORPORATE and SPORTING events. We can provide a custom build packages based on your company's individual needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 5 years of experience planning various events for companies in Oklahoma and Arkansas, as well as planning sporting tournaments.
