We recently had Zack do some work for us on our new place in n okc, and he did an incredible job!   We were in the process of moving back to N. Okc from Tulsa , and we wanted to have the place in tiptop shape before moving back. Zack had no problem with that. We were able to trust him to work on the place while we were two hours away, and he was able to get everything done with time to spare while still maintaining a very high level of quality. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally with class. There were no problems coordinating with him while we were away.  And most importantly, we were absolutely blown away by the final result, and are totally happy with our new place. - Lacey Rush

Overall this has been an awful experience. The contractor has changed the amount for additional decking from 4000.00, to 6000.00, to now almost 8000.00 That is almost as my entire roof was. I have been threatened as well as my property with fraud and leins. The contractor was paid the day the work was completed, payment cleared 2 days later. I contacted the roofer a few days after to tell him skylight and water damage from no tarp and rain on day of roofing. Never heard back, until contractor started threats. I was ill, going through radiation and continued to email, even though not talking on phone. Contractor admitted he didn't check his email. He cannot produce an itemized statement for me, doesn't have the document I signed at the completion of job ( even though I was told he would send it to me. He continues to send the original contract for hire. He doesn't seem to be able to keep insurance information and threatens me when I don't respond. How many times do I need to give the information to him and he has talked to them before. Contractor informed me that my roof was not up to code. He was the only roofer to tell me this. Others may have been planning on doing this, but nothing was mentioned. He said he would submit additional info to my insurance company with price and that they WOULD pay because it was mandatory and had to be brought up to code. He was given my insurance company name, number and adjuster name. I let him know that I was not sure the insurance company would be willing to pay extra and ask what happens it they dont? His response was " I guess I will have to eat it" I am not a contractor, but I would have waited until everything was approved. Through text messages, emails, and phone calls, that have been saved I am being threatened with a lein on my home and insurance fraud. This happens continually. He will not produce the final itemized statement and will not acknowledge any questions I ask or problems I have had. I feel I need to contact my insurance company and send them all communication from this contractor. I did ask additional times for my signed itemized receipt and have received nothing back. I also ask about contractor background check information and was ignored. This is my fault I didnt follow through on back ground check until we started. This person has multiple drug/alcohol crimes which are public information. Had I done my job in this, I would not have hired him. Due to the continued contact, the threats, the roofer unable to produce my signed finished statement, the roofer that cannot keep up with information sent to him multiple times, my health is suffering and I fear for my well being and my home. And his rating should be an F. The contracted crew did a good job, but nothing has happened since I claimed extra damage from faulty skylight installation to roofing crew leaving tarp off and rain damage. This should be a warning to all.
Qual-Con LLC's reply
All insurance claims are handled with a program called xactimate. On the contract I always specifically state that we do the job for nothing out of my customers pocket execpt deductible. And that is still the case here. The negotiated price is with the adjuster and what xactimate says I am owed. The only threat I made was a lien yes. In my defense though I called this customer for three weeks and messaged her trying to get the info I needed to get paid and I only got a call back when I mentioned filing a lien on her property. I enjoy my job and I hate to see an unhappy customer but I've learned that sometimes in my line of business in order to get paid you have to be stearin, because I never take any money until my jobs are done.

he came out made the deal and even shook hands with my husband and told us that it would be 3000.00 he wanted half up front so I gave it to him.....his dump truck broke down and it rained ......so we had to wait a few days we had to call him back and he wanted more money before he even finished the job finally came out and put it in the dumpster he rented and the dumpster company said it was to full so he wanted another 500.00 to take the trash off the top and I told him no...he said he did extra work and which he didn't as he agreed to what we wanted .......the dumpster company said they would put the top trash in our yard which they didn't and I was glad ....I feel like I paid him enough for what he did...he said there was more there than he expected he looked at it before he did the job.......the job did get done .....I just wasn't happy I had to pay money up front before the job was completed the contract said pay upon completion....probably would not recommend him
