Zak is super encouraging and patient with me. I'm not a super healthy or gym fanatic. I'm more of hot Cheetos and cheese kind of girl. But he has helped me eat healthier without changing my whole eating habits all in one day, and he is super flexible with my work schedule. He checks up on me even when I'm not having a session with him.

I come from a long line of martial arts background, five years as an active duty Marine, and now a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu purple belt and yoga instructor (YogaFit). I love helping people reach their goals and making them feel good by pushing themselves. Yoga feels so much better to me after a short burst of cardio training. Then your muscles are warm and you can reach deeper and deeper stretches.
