- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) PHONE CONSULTATION: 15-minute Q&A. Find out more about me as I learn about your upcoming pet-sitting needs. 2) HAND-OFF: We meet in your home briefly before your departure. If your pet requires special care related to feeding, medication, regimen or play, this is your opportunity to show me how it should be done. 3) DISCHARGE: We meet once again in your home upon your arrival. I provide feedback on your pet's high and low moments as well as over-all attitude/behavior while you were gone. Any fees incurred for additional services will be collected at this time.
