No matter what your next event is, Chef Keith is the right personal chef for the job! If you want delicious, memorable, and fun - Chef Keith is your man. In my many years of knowing him, I have never had meal from Keith that wasn't delicious. Often I am craving his signature pizzas, pastas, and curries long after they're gone! Honestly, I owe all of my cooking skills to Keith's patient instructions. My home meals wouldn't be the same without him! Not only does Keith have menu-spanning cooking talents (from a variety of ethnic cuisines, themed parties, and even cooking lessons) but he is also wonderful to work with. His food is delicious, and he possesses an enthusiastic, easy-going, creative, and friendly personality that makes him fun to have in the kitchen. Whatever you are imagining for your next event, Chef Keith will bring it to life!

We had a birthday dinner for 27 in our home with Keith providing outstanding food and service. It was a late afternoon event that started at 4 pm with appetizers and ended with dessert at 8 pm. Keith and his assistant were efficient and unobstrusive. They brought all supplies they needed, cleaned everything up at the end and put the leftovers in our refrigerator reading to be enjoyed later. We had wonderful oysters and mushroom puffs for appetizers and dinner was Italian mac and cheese, roasted vegetables, chop salad, lamb chops and albacore tuna. He used our favorite marionberries in a lemon bread pudding that was delicious. It couldn't have been better! Friends and family lingered long after dinner was over! I would recommend Keith to anyone who wants a relaxed dinner in your own home with outstanding food.

ANLD loved working with Your Kitchen Chef. Keith, the owner prepared an amazing summer picnic for the Association of Northwest Landscape Designers. The Mesquite Gilled Lemon Chicken was flavorful, without being over spicy. The Roasted Summer Vegetable and Cannellini Ratatouille was a delicious side dish, which could also stand alone as a vegetarian entrée. The three salads were fresh and distinctive. I loved the fresh green Bean Salad with Tangy Dijon Dressing. Keith added capers to enhance the flavors. Once dinner was over, we had to jump up fast to get a piece of his spice Carrot cake. It was so flavorful and moist that some people went back for seconds before the rest of us got first. We dined at a public park so our non-Alcoholic beverages were Ginger and Orange Infused Water, Lavender Lemonade and Unsweetened Ice tea. Keith did a great job meeting the dietary restrictions of our members, while providing a beautiful and intriguing buffet for our foodie taste buds.
