I was introduced to Josh in March 2010 and have consistently trained with him 3-4 time a week since. I have always been an active person and trips to the gym sometime 7 days a week has been a way of life for me. Josh has helped me achieve fitness levels I never have could achieved on my own. Overall strength levels steadily improved as well as range of motion and flexibility. Our work has been long term and not a quick fix. I am older, now in my late 50's and have been impressed with how Josh has help me with avoiding injuries and working through the pains of life when I would experience a physical set back. Josh is a highly knowledgeable fitness trainer, sports performance trainer and a re-habilitation trainer. I recommend him highly for whatever fitness or sport goals someone may have.

I highly recommend Josh. He's extremely professional, and made my training a priority. I was very reluctant at first, I hadn't worked out in a long time, and he made sure I didn't feel overwhelmed, while pushing me at the same time. Working with him was well worth it!

Joshua saw my daughter and myself at domination fitness. He trained both of us in very different ways based off what we wanted/needed. He was very professional, made us feel comfortable, explained everything in detail so we both understood what and why we were doing the exercises he chose. He was knowledgeable, prepared and understanding. I would recommend him to anyone. He knows how to design a program for anyone of any age at any level of fitness. I was very impressed with him.

    After obtaining my degree in exercise science, I was an intern at a sports performance facility. I was hooked. Developed my coaching style and continued my quest for knowledge in strength and speed development.
