Introduction: I am an ACSM certified Personal Trainer working out of a private gym in Scottsdale. I have been weight training for over twenty years consistently. I have also been competing in men's physique competitions for 10’years, doing all my own training and nutrition in preparation for the competitions. I know what works and more importantly what doesn't. I will teach you the correct way to perform exercises to achieve the results that you are looking for. I will assist you with nutritional advice and supplementation advice to support your training goals, whatever they may be. I like to focus on form first, performing the exercises correctly and then increasing weight and repetitions as time progresses to make the workouts more challenging. I am a firm believer in changing up exercise routines to challenge the body in different ways and keep the program interesting. If you are new to training, not seeing the results you want or just want some assistance in taking your physique to another level I can help you get the most out of your workouts and make sure you get the results you deserve. Sessions are $60for a 45 minute session or $70for an hour long session. I currently have availability in the mornings, evenings and on weekends. Farid Rahima is an absolutely outstanding Personal Trainer. His knowledge, expertise and passion for fitness has helped me tremendously in achieving my goals. In less than a month, i was seeing results which included more muscle mass, less body fat, more energy, and renewed sense of self confidence. Not only do i get a great workout with Farid but he has also taught me a lot about diet and nutrition. Farid helped me select certain foods That I should be eating before a workout. After following his advice, I was able to get through an hour long workout session without feeling tired,nauseous or dizzy. I Have now been working out with Farid for over 3 months and I can honestly say, I am now in the best shape of my life. Thank you Farid!!!

Farid is one of the best trainer I have trained in over two of years of my fitness and weight loss journey. He has been an amazing trainer and his method of training as perfecting the form then lifting heavy guided and helped me greatly in nearing my fitness goals. He introduces a new workouts every time we train which keeps me interested and excited in continuing training and left me excited for the next session. I look forward to training with him when I’m back in Portland.

Farid is exceptionally the best trainer I have worked with in recent times. He understands your goals, comes up an excellent plan and works with you patiently. He has been a boon during these uncertain times, and maintains utmost professionalism and gives high importance for hygiene and time. He helped me build a lot of muscle while making sure that I get onto a diet that is healthy and sustainable. His insights into fitness and health are a good source of knowledge for anyone who is looking for a healthy lifestyle. Definitely recommend anyone to have him as a trainer.
