Crystal Cleaners

This client is obviously overeacting and being malicious. My cleaner worked at her house for more than six hours(which the client did nit pay for),after completion,the client requested a neighbor to do the walkthrough before we left,as we always do,the neighbor did a walkthrough and said the house was looking good and thereafter locked the house. When the client expressed her concern,I was willing to get the areas raised by her fixed but on second thought,i opted to give a full refund since the demands for number of cleaners and her schedule would not work with us. This client threatened to shut down my business and sent me numerous messages that were meant to intimidate me. in good faith,i accepted to do a full refund despite having spent money on her cleaning which was acknowledged by her appointed representative. The same cleaner being maligned here has done numerous move out cleanings and the reviews speak for themselves.This is the only negative review and it leads me to read ulterior motives and/or malice in the above sentiments from the client. It has never been and will never be in our interest to respond to unwarranted negative sentiments but have been compelled to do so to defend ourselves. within reason,we have always strived to make amends where a client has expressed concern but on this matter we were not given a fair chance apart from the threats and ultimatums. We remain committed to serving our clients diligently as we have over the last 12 years.
