- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a variety of different packages to suit all of your needs and desires. My online only programs: My main package includes: -Access to my training app -Access to me 24/7 for any questions or advice -Daily accountability messages to keep you on track -A weekly phone check in to ensure you don’t hit a plateau -4-5 workouts a week that you enjoy! -An agreed upon habit to work on weekly -Portion guide specific to your goals, body, and needs -A two day meal plan each week to offer you meal ideas, and education on how to use the plan as a template to consistently meet your food goal! I offer nutrition only programs which include all of the above without fitness focused goals I offer fitness only programs which include all of the above without nutrition focused goals And for those living in the Portland area I offer in person training!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When starting with a new client I always run them through a consultation before beginning any program. This allows us to decide on the best course of action, and really understand the physical barriers that are working against us. This is also a time where a client/trainer relationship is built, which gives us the chance to express any concerns. From there I will develop a workout program that suits their needs, limitations and goals. And incorporates what they enjoy! I will also put together a meal plan based on foods the client suggests they enjoy during our consultation, and will also put together their appropriate food portions. Everyday I check in with my clients to make sure they’re on task and working towards their goal, and each week we hop on a call to make any adjustments necessary moving forward to limit the potential of a plateau!

B.S Kinesiology Nutrition- Precision Nutrition Personal Training- American Council on Exercise Have worked in all areas of health for the last 5 years: group exercise, one on one training, nutrition coaching, and habit building!
