I have been training with Chance for 2 and half years and have been improving all aspects of my fitness abilities. Initially I was attending one 30-minute 1on1 session a week, and gradually increased up to 4 hour-long small group sessions a week. Chance mixes traditional weight training with variations of different and fun exercises, challenging my strengths, endurance, agility and control. He pays attention to details in form, tempo and targets to my specific goals. I feel I am constantly learning and growing in capabilities while having fun. I'm always looking forward to every session, and enjoy training with other clients, where we keep each other motivated and challenged in different ways. I meet with a personal trainer in China when I visit there a couple of times a year. He is very strict and extremely meticulous with forms. Each time I meet with him, he always comments on my noticeable improvements and I even get compliments from other clients and trainers there.

First time I saw Chance in the gym, I knew that if I ever need advice or instructions that he would be the trainer for me. Although he appears to be a tad bit intimidating due to his incredible muscle mass, he is really a big teddybear. He has such a passion for fitness and a love of helping others that want to be helped. It wasn't long before we became good friends and even workout partners for a time that is until I had a substantial shoulder injury which was completely my fault. I was so inspired by his work ethic and his incredible physic that I pushed myself a bit to hard and heavy to try to catch up. I realize now that at age 49 I will never be able to keep up with someone almost half my age. My injury has healed for the most part and I am getting back on track again. He also helped me find ways that I could continue to work towards my goals even with my injury. I would not recommend anyone else to help you reach your fitness goals. Chance is truly a great trainer and even better person.

Chance has been my husband’s and my trainer for the last 3 .5 yrs. Chance is a skilled and knowledgeable trainer. We were not doing much upper and lower body strength training before we started working out with Chance. His strength training gave us the stamina and the strength for our cardio activities and also got us into a consistent workout routine. His workouts were focused towards our goals and he has been constantly pushing us to the next level. Never had a dull workout with him. Chance’s workouts gave me the confidence to sign up for my first half marathon 3yrs ago and I have been a regular half marathon runner since then. Chance is nice to work with, consistent and a thorough professional! I would highly recommend him as a trainer.

With Chance as my coach I trust that he takes me as his client, step by step, day by day through a training plan that is researched and strategically planned. He has a keen eye for personalization with my strengths and weaknesses in mind. I started with Chance as a general fitness enthusiast because I liked how challenging and creative his bootcamp classes were. With progress we moved into the power lifts and a training programme to prepare for competition; in eight months I progressed from deadlifting 135 lbs to 250 lbs. I implicitly trust the thought that Chance puts into his programming and appreciate how generous he is with his time, energy, resources, and personal commitment to my goals. I am grateful to have Chance as my coach as I develop as an athlete and we head into my first competition season.
